My name is Candace Glover. We've heard the proverbial saying "One man's meat is another man's poison". Never had it been truer than in the world we now live in. I know many people are confused about nutrition and what to eat, what not to eat...and that's where I come in. IIN designed a program that is geared towards helping you discover what works best for your lifestyle. Together we embark on a journey that will forever change the way you look at nutrition and lifestyle choices.
In 2010 I embarked on my wellness journey. I became a spin & aerobics instructor and a personal trainer. But there was something missing. I had a friend that was attending the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and she was telling me a bit about what she was learning and I was fascinated! I wanted to learn more. I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2011. As someone who has always struggled with my weight and self acceptance I found the benefits of this unique school geared towards recognizing that there is not one diet that works for everyone, but that we are all bio individuals and we all must find what works for us. I wanted to be a force for good. I wanted to be able to help people with the knowledge I received. Since then I have continued to implement the things I learned into my own life, pursuing other careers in the health and wellness field. I've inspired friends and family to take a look at their own choices and make positive changes. Included in this is my brother Clay Collins who recently enrolled in the school as well. Together we plan on helping clients achieve their ultimate health and wellness. If you are tired of conventional diet fads that work for a little while but then stop working...you've come to the right place.
